Submissions
FICTION
We seek to publish emerging and established writers. We appreciate all types of stories, though generally we don’t publish specific-genre pieces. We are most excited by stories that incorporate narrative elements, yet challenge form and function. We don’t crave a shiny polish, but please don’t send your failed experiments. That being said, if it is intriguing, and shorter than 3,000 words, we want to read it. We prefer that all submissions be sent either as .DOC files, or simply pasted into the e-mail window. Please include your name, the date, and “Fiction Submission” in the subject line of your e-mail. Please give us some information about yourself. Please do not send more than one story per month. Please do not send multiple stories at a time. We encourage simultaneous submissions, however, please notify us immediately if your story is picked up elsewhere. Our response time should be less than six weeks (often times much quicker). If you haven’t heard from us after six weeks, feel free to contact us. These are all the guidelines. POETRY
To ensure your submission gets the thorough read it deserves, please follow the appropriate guidelines:
Submit 3-5 poems at a time. Do not submit more than once a month. Additional submissions will not be considered for publication. Include submissions and your bio in the body of your email. Include your full name in the subject line. Response time is less than six weeks (often times much quicker). If you don’t hear from us after six weeks have passed, feel free to contact us. We look forward to reading your poems!
